While I have bought numerous homes, buying a home out of state did present its own set of circumstances, the first being the limited amount of time to tour homes.  It was imperative I find a Realtor who was well organized and who understood what I was looking for in a home, location and price.  Upon first meeting Cindy, I found her to be just that person; upbeat, knowledgeable and perfectly in tune with what I wanted and how best to go about finding it. She was always available for me, willing to change her schedule to meet mine and always organized.  Even during closing and after the sale, Cindy was there for me, always willing to do whatever she could in my stead to make the transition smooth.  Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Cindy Harcar is truly fortunate because while there are many homes and even more Realtors, Cindy truly stands out.

I am writing this letter to tell you about my recent experience with Prudential California Realty and specifically, Cindy Harcar.  In short, Cindy made the process of buying a home enjoyable, and helped my wife and I find the perfect home for us.
